Senior Commerial Account Manager, Navitaire

Senior/ Lead Commercial Account Manager to manage commercial activities for a significant number of Navitaire’s clients globally and are based in Asia Pacific.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the client management including:
    • Acquisition of new/ potential clients
    • Retention and contract renewals
    • Targeting and delivering service extensions and new product sales
    • Monitoring and managing revenue targets and profitability
    • Developing and managing strong client relationships
       
  • To manage and grow healthy commercial relationships with a portfolio of client accounts within the region.
  • The role will ideally start off as an individual contributor to easily gain ground experience and may eventually evolve to become one of Navitaire’s regional leaders responsible for all commercial activities within the region.
     

Desired qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Airlines and IT businesses
  • At least a bachelor’s degree holder in IT/ Commerce/ Finance or equivalent. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Well-experienced in regional account management
  • A seasoned people leader with a significant amount of experience in delivering results through others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English both in verbal and written
  • 30-50% of travel required and must be ready to travel on short notice
  • Knowledge of additional Asian language, preferably Mandarin
  • Action and results oriented
